The hotel is in a prime location facing the cliff side, offering a great mix of convenience and friendly service. However, there was a slight delay during check-in, adding a small inconvenience to our day.
The hotel had very nice rooms overlooking the city, although they were quite small, they were very comfortable. The service was wonderful, especially with immediate problem-solving. The location was amazing, with views of the Brisbane River and within walking proximity to the CBD and nightlife. The dining experience was exceptional with perfectly cooked dishes and unique artwork. Overall, a great hotel to stay in Brisbane.
The hotel has a superb location on the Brisbane riverside with a wonderful view, providing a warm and vibrant interior conducive to work needs and relaxation. The rooms were a bit small compared to others, facing the nature wall and not ready at the allocated check-in time, but the service was fabulous and went out of their way to celebrate our anniversary. The dining was good but limited, and the in-house breakfast tasted amazing. The common areas presented incredible artwork and photography, creating a fantastic atmosphere.
